We offer on demand support calls to help with your break/fix tickets:
- Wi-Fi install, manage, troubleshoot, repair
- Telephone Systems we service a number of manufacturers PBX, voicemail, paging, call centers.
- Structured Cabling new network drops, relocations, repairs (alarm, surveillance, audio, networking, telephone).
- Computer issues slow PCs, virus infections, upgrade, component level system board repairs.

Managed IT Services
With an ongoing service retainer, you get the benefits of discounted break/fix rates and the following services:
- Audit Support We can help with compliance audits (like HIPAA) in processing, response and remediation
- Scheduled Maintenance keep software patches up-to-date, preventative hardware maintenance at prescribed intervals
- Corporate Procedures work with your IT departments to define procedures to keep in compliance with corporate, government, industry policy.
- Corporate Policies work with your organization's leadership to create meaningful policies for: Internet usage, monitoring and reporting, disaster response, backups.
- Disaster Planning after your building burns down is the wrong time to buy a fire extinguisher. After losing data to defective hardware or virus infection is too late to formulate a backup AND RECOVERY plan. We can develop: cold storage, warm sites, live failover environments.
